Introducing the Wooshii Health Score What it is, how it's calculated, and what it can tell you

Let's start at the asset library

Every video has a Health Score

It tells you how well the video is optimised for where it's uploaded

In other words, how well are you doing video?

But how is it calculated and what can it tell you?

Let's look at an individual video and find out!

Pretty average Health Score

Scroll down to see what needs fixing

These tests have failed, but what's a "test"?

Insight checks each video's title, description, thumbnail, etc.

On YouTube, for example, titles and thumbnails are critical

But on Brightcove, less so...

The Wooshii Health Score handles all this complexity for you!

Each test has a "weight" so the most important factors influence Health Score the most!

The score is simply the proportion of tests that pass, adjusted for their weighting

It tells you how well the video is optimised for where it's uploaded

Let's do some digging.... click "Reports"

and select the Wooshii Health Score report

Here we can see the average Health Score across your entire library

As well as how consistent that score is across your content

Here we see the distribution of Health Scores

Many videos could be better optimised

And finally we see the effect a high Health Score has on video performance

High score = high performance!

(Remember you can filter reports too!)

Let's find those low-scoring videos!

Search for videos with a score between 0-40

Don't forget to click "Apply"!

Sort Health Score so it's lowest first

Oh dear...lots of videos scoring zero!

Talk to Wooshii about improving your Health Score today!

Understand how well your content is optimised, and what to do about it, with the Wooshii Health Score!
