What is a Workspace?

A workspace is a way to organise your knowledge bases and projects.

If you are working with one brand or company, it is common to have one designated Workspace. This Workspace serves as a centralized hub for all your work-related activities and resources. Within this Workspace, you will find your Knowledge Base, which is a repository of valuable information, documents, and resources that aid in your day-to-day tasks and decision-making processes.

Workspaces become even more useful when you are collaborating with a team or working on multiple projects simultaneously. Having a dedicated Workspace ensures that all team members have access to the same set of information and resources, promoting seamless collaboration and efficiency.

Typical use cases are

  • Clients - You are using Wooshii Copilot for separate clients and need distinct Users, Knowledge Bases and Projects that are separate from other clients and brands

  • Brands - Your company may work with multiple brands that all need their own Knowledge bases

  • Divisions or Business Units - You may have other breakdowns of your business - product teams, geographies etc that require separate and distinct Workspaces

Workspaces do not share data with other workspaces. If you have knowledge that needs to be in other workspaces you will need to add it again to the relevant knowledge base within a workspace.
