How to get help

There are several ways to get help with Wooshii Insight, Assist or Brand Check:

    • Search for help docs or use the chat bubble in the bottom-right
  2. App chat bubble

    • Click the chat bubble from anywhere in the app:

    • Send us an email and we'll respond asap!

Using the methods above ensures our team knows you've reached out to us.

Direct email is great but can sometimes get lost in noisy inboxes or when people are out of office.

Contacting us as per the above pings everyone (including the person you would've emailed anyway) and ensures we can get back to you as quickly as possible.
