Outputs are one of the key ways to drive large productivity gains in Wooshii Assist. Think of them as intelligent templates that help you create standard documents quickly and consistently.
Unlike static templates, Outputs understand the context and purpose of each section, allowing you to generate high-quality, customized documents that follow proven structures.
When to Use Outputs
Outputs are perfect for documents you create repeatedly that have:
- Standard structures but require specific, tailored content
- Consistent sections that need key information to be effective
- Professional formatting requirements
Example: Briefing documents often have standard sections (Executive Summary, Background, Recommendations, etc.) that need specific information to become effective briefs.
How Outputs Work
1. Getting Started
- Set up a project inside Wooshii Assist
- Select the Output you want to create:
- Choose from standard outputs available out-of-the-box
- Create your own custom output templates
- Ask Wooshii to build more complex outputs for specialized needs
2. The Output Interface
Once you select an output, you'll see the Output Screen with two main areas:
- Left side: Chat function for communication and instructions
- Right side: Output template that generates your document
3. Providing Information
The output template typically starts with initial questions or requests for information. You may need to:
- Provide specific details through the chat
- Supply additional context or requirements
- In some cases, no input is needed if the information already exists in your knowledge base
4. Triggering the Process
Start the output generation by typing something simple like "go" in the chat to begin the process.
