"Something Went Wrong, Please Try Again Later" — Sign Up Error

What's Happening?

If you're seeing the error message "Something went wrong, please try again later" when trying to sign up, it's most likely because you already have an Assist account.

Assist doesn't allow duplicate accounts with the same email address. When you try to sign up with an email that's already registered, the system can't create a new account — which triggers this error.


How to Fix It

You don't need to sign up again — simply log in with your existing account.

Steps:

  1. Go to the Assist login page
  2. Click "Log In" (instead of "Sign Up")
  3. Enter the email address you originally signed up with
  4. Enter your password
  5. Click "Log In" to access your account

Forgot Your Password?

If you can't remember your password, no worries:

  1. On the login page, click "Forgot Password?"
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Check your inbox for a password reset email
  4. Follow the link to create a new password
  5. Log in with your new password

Tip: Make sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don't see the reset email in your inbox.
