How to manage Projects

Projects in Assist 2.0 are designed to stay out of your way — most of the time you'll just describe what you want in chat and the right project will be created or reused automatically. When you do need to manage them directly, there are a few ways to stay organised:

Workspaces keep your Projects scoped to the right team or area of the business. Projects created in one workspace stay in that workspace — they won't leak across to others.

My Projects lets you filter the Projects list down to just the ones you've created or are working on, so you can focus on what matters to you.

Show Archived lets you see Projects you've archived and aren't working on right now, to keep your Projects overview tidy.

Each Project has several management options, including Rename, the ability to move it between workspaces or folders, and the option to Archive it and hide it from view (until you enable Show Archived).
