How to Brand Your Workspace in Assist
Overview
Every workspace in Assist can be customised with your own branding. From the Workspace Settings, you can:
- Rename your workspace
- Upload a custom logo
- Choose a brand colour from the colour palette
Changes take effect immediately after saving and are visible to all workspace members.
Step 1: Open Your Workspace
Navigate to the workspace you want to brand. You'll land on the main workspace dashboard, where you can see your current workspace name and icon in the top-left corner of the sidebar.
Step 2: Access Workspace Settings
Click the three-dot menu icon (⋯) in the top-right corner of the workspace header.
A dropdown menu will appear with two options: Settings and Archive Workspace.
Click Settings.
The Workspace Settings modal will open in the centre of your screen.
Step 3: Change Your Workspace Name
In the Workspace Settings modal, locate the Name field at the top.
Click into the field and delete the existing name.
Type your new workspace name (e.g., "Client Project Hub").
Step 4: Upload a Custom Logo
Below the Name field, you'll see the Logo section displaying your current workspace icon.
Click the Upload button next to the current logo.
Select an image file from your device.
Your new logo will replace the default workspace icon immediately.
Tip: Use a square image for best results. The logo appears in the sidebar and workspace header, so keep it simple and recognisable at small sizes.
Step 5: Select a Brand Colour
Below the Logo section, you'll find the Colour section.
A palette of colour swatches is displayed — options include purple, blue, green, orange, red, pink, and teal.
Click on your preferred colour swatch to select it.
You can also click the colour picker icon at the end of the palette to choose a custom colour.
The selected colour will be applied as the accent colour across your workspace UI.
Step 6: Save Your Changes
Once you're happy with your new name, logo, and colour, click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the modal.
To discard your changes, click Cancel instead.
The modal will close and your workspace will immediately reflect the updated branding — including the sidebar icon, workspace header, and accent colour throughout the interface.
