Introducing Assist 2.0

Assist is an AI workspace that builds itself around your work.

You tell it what you need in plain English. It asks a few smart questions, plans the work, and then builds everything around it — the project, the knowledge, the agents, and your first deliverable — from a single conversation.

This article is a quick introduction to what's new, what Assist does, and what makes it different.

What is Assist?

Assist is an AI workspace built for agency teams and the people who run client work day-to-day.

It's designed to remove the friction between "we just won a new piece of work" and "we're actually doing the work." Instead of opening blank documents, hunting for templates, briefing collaborators, and gathering research — you have one conversation, and Assist sets the rest up for you.

Everything Assist creates is saved, reusable, and yours.

What's new in Assist 2.0

Assist 2.0 is a fundamental shift in how the product works. The biggest changes:

🗣️ Plain English in. No commands.

Just type what you need the way you'd say it to a colleague. There's no syntax, no slash commands, no menus to learn.

❓ It asks. It doesn't guess.

Assist asks a few short clarifying questions — usually multiple-choice — to make sure it gets the shape of the work right before it starts. You can add detail in your own words at any point.

🧠 It plans before it builds.

Assist drafts a clear plan and shows it to you before doing anything. You see the goal, the approach, and the task list. You approve, and it goes.

🔍 It checks what already exists.

Assist audits your existing agents, templates, and knowledge before creating anything new — so it never duplicates work or overrides assets you already trust.

🏗️ One conversation builds a whole workspace.

From a single chat, Assist can create:

  • A scoped project for the work
  • knowledge base built from real research
  • A dedicated agent primed with that knowledge
  • first deliverable, already drafted

How it works, in one example

In the intro video, a user lands Samsung as a new client and types:

"I have this new client called Samsung I need to do some work for them."

From that one sentence, Assist:

  1. Asks a few questions — what kind of work, is it repeatable, what format
  2. Plans the work — research Samsung → build a Samsung agent → draft a campaign brief
  3. Audits what's already there — finds an existing Creative Brief template and reuses it
  4. Builds the workspace — creates a Samsung project, three pieces of project knowledge, an @samsung  agent, and a fully drafted first brief

Total time: one conversation.

Why it matters

The old way of starting client work meant juggling tools, copying templates, briefing the AI from scratch every time, and rebuilding the same context over and over.

Assist 2.0 inverts that. The more you use it, the more your workspace grows:

  • Agents get smarter
  • Knowledge compounds
  • Templates get reused
  • Setup time disappears

Every conversation makes your next one faster.
