Copying content from your outputs just got a whole lot more flexible. You can now choose from three distinct copy formats β so your content lands exactly the way you need it, wherever you paste it.
β’ Copy as Formatted preserves all styling, headings, and bold text β perfect for pasting directly into Word, Google Docs, or emails.
β’ Copy as Markdown copies the raw markdown syntax, ideal for developers and anyone working in markdown-compatible editors.
β’ Copy as Plain Text strips all formatting and gives you just the words β great for plain text editors or quick, clean pastes.
β’ Easy access β just click the copy icon in the top-right toolbar of any output to reveal all three options in a simple dropdown.
β’ No workflow disruption β pick the format that fits your destination app and paste without needing to reformat.

You can now assign an expected completion time to any workspace template. This lets you benchmark how long a task would traditionally take β so you can measure exactly how much time Assist saves you.
β’ New input field on templates: A dedicated "Expected Completion Time (Hours)" field is now available when creating a template, letting you log the traditional time estimate in hours.
β’ Simple to set up: Navigate to Workspace Templates, create a new template, and enter the number of hours the task would normally take β for example, type "3" for a three-hour report.

You can now generate unique, high-quality images directly from a text prompt. This new feature is designed to help you create on-brand visuals quickly and easily.
- New "Images" Output Template: We've added a new "Images" output type. You can create your own templates to streamline image creation.
- Generate Images from Text: Simply ask the Assist for what you want to see (e.g., "Give me four images of a cat") to generate multiple options.
- Iterate and Edit: Refine your results with follow-up commands. Ask the Assist to make changes to a specific image (e.g., "Make image #1 black and white").
- On-Brand Generation: The image generator can automatically use your Workspace Knowledge (like brand guidelines and style) to create visuals that are perfectly on-brand.

π PDF Compression: Upload Larger Documents with Ease
We've shipped a small but powerful update that makes working with PDFs significantly smoother.
What's New:
- Automatic PDF Compression: Large PDF files uploaded to Knowledge sources or directly in Chat are now automatically compressed behind the scenes, preserving content quality while reducing file size.
- Expanded File Support: Previously problematic PDFs in the 50-400MB range should now upload and process successfully without manual intervention.
No action needed on your endβjust upload your PDFs as usual and we'll handle the rest. This means less time wrestling with file sizes and more time getting value from your documents.
Note: While this update dramatically improves PDF handling, extremely large files (500MB+) may still encounter processing limitations. We recommend breaking these into smaller documents for optimal performance.

You can now connect your own documents, data, and brand guidelines directly to Output Templates to create highly accurate and context-aware content. By providing specific knowledge sources, you can ensure all outputs are consistent, factually correct, and perfectly aligned with your voice.
- Attach Knowledge Sources: A new "Knowledge Sources" tab is available in the Template Builder. Users can upload documents (.pdf, .docx, .txt) or paste raw text to link them to a template.
- Informed Generation: The AI will prioritise information from your attached sources when generating content, significantly improving accuracy and reducing generic responses.

We've introduced a comprehensive template builder, empowering users to create, edit, and manage their own Intelligent Output Templates directly within the platform. This removes the previous dependency on pre-built templates or managed builds from the Assist team.

New 'Workspace Templates' Section: A dedicated area has been added to the left-hand navigation menu for creating and managing custom templates at the workspace level.
Full Template Customisation: Users now have granular control over all template attributes via the new builder UI:
- Template Details: Set a unique name, description, and icon for easy identification.
- AI Instructions: Configure both the initial "Welcome Message" for the user and the overarching "System Prompt" to define the AI's core role and behaviour for the template.
- Custom Template Sections: Add, name, and reorder multiple sections to build a unique document structure. Each section includes its own specific AI instruction field.

Visibility Controls: Set templates to 'Private' (visible only to the creator during development) or 'Public' (visible to all members of the workspace).
[Improved]Workflow Automation & Speed: This update significantly accelerates the process of creating and deploying custom workflows. Teams can now build and iterate on their own templates instantly, without external dependencies.
